Biography :
Miss. Ding Xiu Hui is a nurse clinician with more than 18 year of clinical experience in nursing. Responsible for supervising nurses, managing isolation cases, and providing nursing care in Singapore General Hospital since year 2005. The ever changing climate of medicine, and evidence based practice in nursing field were the driving forces for me to find a great interest in the importance of research education. Recently graduated from Master of Science (Health Practice) Clinical Leadership Major, Curtin University Singapore. That eventually led to passion in nursing research.
